Because Culture Counts: New England Foundation for the Arts Unveils New Creative Economy Resource

Along with a new name, logo, and revised website, CultureCount - formerly known as the New England Cultural Database - is being re-launched to promote this free online resource. CultureCount is the only comprehensive and consistent data collection resource for New England's cultural nonprofits, businesses, and professionals.

The database currently houses 24,882 active records and offers a variety of search features and research tools. New England state arts agencies, researchers, cultural organizations, funders, artists, policy makers, economists, and the general public are benefiting from using the only regional cultural database in the country to support analysis, advocacy, and policy development.
